Missing baggage
Did your baggage not arrive at the same time as you? Declare your missing baggage within 48 hours of your flight’s arrival. After you submit your claim, you will receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) along with a baggage reference number to track your claim.
Claims
Would you like to submit a claim about your trip? You can:
- Request compensation in the event of a travel incident (cancelled or delayed flight, boarding issues, downgrade) in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out in European regulation (No. 261/2004).
- Submit a claim for damaged baggage or a problem encountered on our website, at the airport, during your flight, etc.
